1. BOOKING
1.1 Preliminary booking of the rental date of Siedlisko is possible by phone, e-mail or via websites.
1.2 The condition for confirming the initial reservation is the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the rental value within the period indicated in the confirmation of the initial reservation sent by e-mail.
1.3 Failure to pay the advance payment within the indicated period results in the cancellation of the initial reservation.
1.4 In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is not refundable.

2. FEES
2.1 The rest of the house rental fee is charged in advance in cash on the first day of stay or by bank transfer before the day of arrival.
2.2 The host collects a PLN 1,000 deposit against any damage.
2.3 The deposit is payable by bank transfer before arrival or in cash on the first day of stay.
2.4 The deposit is always returned by bank transfer within 3 days of the end of the rental.
2.5 In the case of revealing damages or charging penalties or additional services, the deposit will remain reduced by the appropriate amount.
2.6 In the event of shortening the rental by Guests, the rental fee charged is non-refundable.
2.7 The condition for receiving an invoice for a taxpayer conducting business activity is providing the tax identification number at the time of booking.

3. HOTEL DAY
3.1 The hotel day starts at 17:00 and ends at 10:00 in the case of weekly rentals in the summer season.
3.2 As a rule, we accept guests from 17:00 to 19:00.
3.3 Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement, late check-out is not possible.
3.4 In the event of an unagreed extension of check-out, a fee of PLN 500 will be charged.
3.5 For weekend or holiday rentals, outside the summer season, it is possible to set individual check-in and check-out times.
3.6 Lack of arrival of Guests without prior information by 10 am on the day following the agreed arrival means resignation from the rental. The host can rent the Villa to another person. The rental fee is not refunded.

4. HANDING OVER THE KEYS
4.1 Guests receive one key to the front door of the main house, one key to the summer house and one remote control to the gate – losing the key results in an additional fee of PLN 100 / 1 key and PLN 300 for the remote control.
4.2 If check-in takes place outside the standard reception hours, guests receive a code to the box located at the door, where the key is located.
4.3 When renting outside the summer season or when checking out at non-standard hours, guests are required to lock the house and leave the key in a coded box.

5. NUMBER OF ACCOMMODATION PLACES
5.1 There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the summer house.
The summer house is available to guests only during the holiday season.
5.2 The maximum number of guests staying in Siedlisko in the summer season is 14 people, in the off-season
10 people.
5.3 It is possible to provide fold-out cots for small children free of charge.
5.4 It is forbidden to accommodate more people in Siedlisko than the number of people specified in point 5.2
without the knowledge and agreement with the Host.
5.5 It is forbidden to accommodate additional people on the property – in tents, trailers
or cars.
5.6 The Host reserves the right to charge additional fees for the excess number of Guests.

6. STATE OF THE HABITAT
6.1 Guests are obliged to check the condition of Siedlisko’s equipment on the day of arrival and to immediately inform the Host of any irregularities.
6.2 Guests bear full financial responsibility for any kind of damage or
damage to items of equipment or technical devices resulting from their fault or fault visitors or pets.
6.3 Siedlisko is completely and categorically prohibited from smoking cigarettes and other activities that can cause an odor that is difficult to remove. In case of non-compliance with Guests will be charged for room deodorization.
6.4 It is forbidden to move equipment between houses, as well as to change the arrangement of furniture without express consent of the Host. Before you leave, any changes should return to the state primary.
6.5 It is forbidden to set up tents, park caravans or cars motorhome without the express consent of the host.
6.6 The host does not provide room service and cleaning of Siedlisko during the stay, therefore, it is the responsibility of the landlord to maintain general order in the rented house, within its premises and places intended for common use.
6.7 Please return Siedlisko in a condition similar to the one in which you received it. Usually not we charge extra for final cleaning but if left gross
disorder (e.g. garbage on the floor, dirty dishes, stains on the sofa, etc.) Guests will be asked for cleaning it or will be charged an additional cost of PLN 500.

7. SEGREGATION OF WASTE AND MAINTENANCE
7.1 In Siedlisko Tros, Guests are obliged to segregate waste into five fractions:
• metals and plastics – yellow container
• paper – blue container
• glass – green container
• BIO – composter
• mixed waste – black container
7.2 There are bins for mixed waste and bags in the cupboard next to the kitchen.
7.3 Containers for mixed waste are located at the entrance gate. Bags with segregated waste are left under the shed of the summer house, and the composter is located next to the vegetable garden on the plot with a pond.
7.4 We kindly ask you to comply with generally accepted rules, not to throw segregated waste as general-mixed and to throw waste into appropriate containers.
7.5 Four-legged friends are welcome at Siedlisko Tros. However, guests are obliged to clean up after their pets.
7.6 In the event of gross negligence in maintaining order, the Host reserves the right to charge a fee of PLN 500.

8. ATTRACTIONS FOR GUESTS
8.1 The host puts into use a playground for children (including a sandbox, swings), but is not responsible for the safety and health of children using it. Parents or legal guardians bear full responsibility.
8.2 There are bicycles in the garage for free use of guests.
8.3 A brick grill, a place for a bonfire and a platform with a table and benches are located in the corner of the plot.
8.4 Siedlisko is equipped with a heated swimming pool, lounge furniture with an umbrella and deckchairs.
Children can use the swimming pool only under adult supervision. The host does not bear
responsibility for people bathing in the pool.
8.5 There is also a sauna at guests’ disposal. Please read the instructions for use.

9. GENERAL RULES
9.1 Quiet time is valid on the property from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
9.2 The host or a person authorized by him has the right to remove guests before the end of the rental period in the event of their violation of the rules of social coexistence and safety, as well as when guests violate order and peace. This is possible after two warnings about the consequences of inappropriate or dangerous behavior. In this case, the rental fee is not refunded.
9.3 The Host is not responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value or other tangible property of Guests.
9.4 The Host provides free parking spaces, but is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
9.5 The host ensures the possibility of closing the area of Siedlisko, but is not responsible for the safety of pets staying on the premises.
9.6 Guests have no right to transfer the Siedlisko they release to other persons, even if the period for which they paid the fee has not expired.
9.7 At the time of payment of the deposit, the Guest confirms that he has read these Regulations and agrees to the conditions contained therein.
9.8 Persons renting Siedlisko agree to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended).
